The Umbwe route on Kilimanjaro is least chosen route if compared to the others available for hikers to summit Kilimanjaro.
Mostly hikers doing Kilimanjaro for a 2nd time, and also combining a hike up Mount Meru before taking on Kilimanjaro. If already acclimatized the Umbwe route will be the fastest way to get up to 4 000 meters again.
Tents are provided to hikers for sleeping at the end of each day.
